Catalyst II is an 86' adventure motoryacht that accommodates 10 guests in 6 cabins.
The Catalyst was launched in 1932 by the University of Washington for ocean research, and has since put many sea miles in the wild northern Pacific under her keel. The excitement of exploration and discovery remains on board this historic wooden vessel, which has been restored and equipped for adventure charters in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
Three cabins have double bunks, two with twin singles and one cabin with a double and upper single, and shared facilities.

Southeast Alaska is justifiably known for its dramatic beauty and abundance of sealife. With it’s 3,000 miles of convoluted coastline, it offers one of the most beautiful sailing areas in the world, with open yet protected waters, conifer-covered islands, and majestic snow-clad glaciers. Bald eagles can be observed perched on trees, near salmon spawning streams, and around their many nesting areas. Sightings of orca, humpback whales, sea lions, seals, sea otters, and porpoise are also common.
