Grigory Mikheev is a 210' Finnish-built motor vessel that accommodated 46 travelers in twin cabins.

Travelers, researchers and the adventurous can explore the beautiful and rugged Antarctic in comfort aboard the Grigory Mikheev. Built in Finland in the 90s, Grigory Mikheev was a research vessel built specifically to sail the ice-bound waters of the Arctic and Antarctic. Her steel hull is ice-strengthened to withstand and crush the most stubborn ice floes and bergs. Converted to passenger use, she now explores the Antarctic peninsula, South Georgia and Falkland islands, expertly navigated by an experienced Russian crew. She is equipped with a full compliment of Zodiac craft, used for exploration, landfall and wildlife observation.

Grigory Mikheev has 6 twin cabins without bath have upper and lower berths and wash basins. Shared shower and toilet facilities are conveniently located on the same deck. 14 cabins with private facilities are located on Decks 3 and 4 and have upper and lower berths. 3 superior cabins with private facilities located on Deck 4 have a double sofa-bed and a separate single bed.
